Q. How much do you charge for shipping a Verb It game?
A. It depends on where you live. Go to the Order Desk, login and enter the number of games you wish to buy and your postal code or Zip code. Then, the order desk will calculate your shipping charges using FedEx Home Ground Delivery Service.

Q. Is it important to be accurate about the shipping address? It's very important to be accurate. If your purchase is being shipping to a commercial establishment at a commerical address such as a school, indicate that in Section A of the Order Desk login form. If your purchase is being shipped to a home, residence, apartment or home business, do not fill in Section A.

Q. What happens if my purchase needs to be shipped to a remote or very rural area of the USA? Before making your purchase email us at: verbitgame@ymail.com to ensure that FedEx covers that area.

Q. How long does it take to get a parcel?
A. Allow two full business days for us to process your order and then allow an additional two to seven business days for FedEx delivery within Canada’s ten provinces and the USA.

Q. How do I know my game(s) have been shipped?
A. When your parcel is ready for shipment through FedEx, you will receive an email with a tracking number indicating that your parcel is starting its journey to you. Canadian customers can track their parcels at www.fedex.ca and American customers can track their parcels at www.fedex.com

Q. What do I do if the parcel is damaged when FedEx delivers it?
A. If you think your parcel has been damaged in transit, refuse to sign for it and send us an email. We will refund your money or send another game.

Q. Do you apply sales taxes?
A. All Canadian purchases will be charged GST, and PST or HST where applicable. No taxes are applied to American purchases.

Q. What methods of payment can I use to buy Verb It at your website?
A. All transactions at the Verb It order desk have to be done through PayPal which offers you the following methods of payment: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, E-Check, and Discover Card.

Q. Are there other payment methods besides PayPal?

A. FedEx will ship games anywhere in the USA and Canada’s ten provinces. To make arrangements for shipping elsewhere such as northern Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Asia or Latin America, please email us.

Q: How can I receive my receipt?
A. After checkout, PayPal will send you an email to confirm your purchase.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. If you are not satisfied with your game(s), you may return it for a refund (not including shipping & handling costs). Refunds to our website are allowed under the condition that you email verbitgame@ymail.com of the pending return within 48 hours of receiving it. Then, you must return your product within 30 days of your date of purchase on line. You are responsible for the cost of the return postage or courier. The game(s) must be returned with the shrink-wrapping on the game unopened and all game components included. Items not in their original condition are not returnable. If the return is satisfactory, your credit card will then be credited for the purchase price of the game less 10 per cent administration fee. Q. How do I go about returning an unopened Verb It game for a refund?
A. Refunds to our website are allowed under the condition that you email verbitgame@ymail.com of the pending return within 48 hours of receiving your game. In your email, include the following information:
1. Your order number
2. Confirm that item is unopened.

We will reply by email with a return authorization number and shipping instructions for your return. Please ship your return to the warehouse address included in our email reply. We suggest shipping with a carrier that provides shipment tracking and proof of delivery as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be credited. Affix a label to the outer box or bubble envelope with the return authorization number and return shipping address. DO NOT write on the game’s packaging as this will make your item non-returnable.

No returns of any kind can be accepted without a return authorization number.

If your return is satisfactory, it will be processed and the cost of the game (not shipping or handling) less 10 per cent administration fee will be credited to your credit card account. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the processing of returned merchandise. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund for refused shipments of undamaged products returned to us.

Q. What do I do if my game is damaged or with missing game components?
A. Any claims for damaged or missing game components must be made by email within 48 hrs of receiving the game(s). Verb It Game Company will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Q. Who pays for return shipping charges for damaged or missing game components?
A. Verb It Game Company will pay return shipping charges only for items shipped to you in error or received damaged or defective or with missing game components. Any claims for damage and/or shortages must be made within 48 hours days of receiving the game(s). Verb It Game Company will provide instructions on how to return the damaged items to us or how you can receive the missing game components.
